Pendulum without a physical pendulum

Okay, you are probably scratching your head from reading that topic title. Allow me to explain. I have a tremor in my hands; I've had it for most of my life. It doesn't affect me too seriously, though I will never carry a hot drink without a lid. I always wondered if pendulum work, for me at least, was real or just a by-product of The Shake.

So I decided to try removing the physical movement altogether. When I close my eyes and relax, I can feel a sense of motion. I say my usual start ritual: "show me Yes. Show me No. Show me Maybe." and I will get motion in different directions for each. Then I can start asking my questions. I can do this anywhere, just sitting quietly, without anyone staring or wondering what I'm doing. It's pretty cool.

Has anyone else tried this? Or is it just me?

No never tried it , but sounds interesting. I might try it .

oooh, very cool, Northtigress. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone doing this before and no, I haven't tried it. I have a few pendulums, but rarely use them.

So, you've found this to be rather accurate for you when you do it, eh? Have you done this for others--reading for others I mean and then having found out you were correct? Just intrigued by your ability doing this. Pretty cool!

I haven't done readings for others. At least not in a long time. Mostly it has been a private experiment.

Thank you, NT, for your response. Still very interesting. Perhaps as this site gets going, we can learn more about how you do this and even try it for ourselves or have you do readings for us--if you are so inclined to do so. Would be an interesting thing to keep in mind.
