Doing Tarot for yourself

DO any of you read for yourself?

I do on the odd occasion and find, absolutely nothing comes true LOL!!

Even if i ask my pendulum it still lies to me haha!!

I try not to be emotionally involved with the answer and pretend i am reading for a client so the reading flows without me over analyzing.

I have even tried using the book which i never do, but for myself i have... and still it does not work out.

Anyone else have this, or are you successful?

yes, I do read for myself. But it depends on what it is for. Sometimes I am my own worst enemy and cannot see what the cards are telling me--seeing instead what I expect or what I want. So for those times, I will go to a reader or contact one of my tarot friends for a swap.

I never remember to use my pendulum for things. and, I'm not great really with teh crystal ball either--so....cards tend to be IT for me.

I can read for me when its something that is superficial. Like when we are traveling--such as last May when we were going to Italy and taking Bob's sister with us (a bday pressie for her). I did a reading on it and it did show that all would be fine overall but at one point sis would irritate me. Sis and Bob did. but, I dealt with it. Not as well as I could have or should have, but I still dealt with it.

But, asking things - and of all things, medical issues specifically--which I won't read for when my customers ask--rarely turn out right. Should teach me to NEVER ask about my health!

And, when I ask about my family--its always up in the air. Sometimes it is accurate with them, sometimes not. I tend to blame myself for this though as I think I either have the blinders on or I know exactly what to expect with them. lol.

Hey, if you ever need a reading, I am willing to TRY for you and you can owe me one or not. I could use the practice anyway. Business is pretty much non existent anymore.... I haven't had a request for a reading in a very long time!

I am dreadful at it for myself, and yet all my clients swear by my readings, go figure.

Yes Ill take you up on that reading swap Noodle, as at the moment i am at crossroads, and even though spiritual and plugging my way through it, I have had so much crap thrown my way its not bloody funny.. and then there is my girls, myself blah blah blah..

When life is in turmoil its difficult to see clearly..
